YOUR ROLE
Our Air Operations team in Shannon is looking for a Pricing & Key Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will support key customer accounts by managing pricing activities, coordinating operations, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
This a Monday to Friday role.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations for ad hoc multimodal shipment opportunities using our pricing portal, working closely with regional pricing teams to secure the best rates.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring project requirements and target rates are achieved.
- Coordinate shipments with origin and destination teams to ensure smooth operational execution across Air and Ocean Freight services.
- Manage the agreed operational scope between CEVA and the customer, ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing MBR, QBR and YBR reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all shipments are billed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Create, maintain and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are up to date and followed by operational teams.
- Support additional customer accounts and projects as required, providing high levels of service and operational excellence.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will a customer-focused logistics professional with experience in freight forwarding, account management, and pricing. You will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and advanced Excel capabilities. A solid understanding of Air and Ocean Freight operations, combined with strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, is essential. You should be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and confident working independently. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are key, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders at all levels. A proactive mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service will help you succeed in this role.
