YOUR ROLE

Ensure the smooth airfreight operation process

Deliver the qualified service

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Connect with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as: entry of terminal warehouse, custom clearance, actual on-board date etc.
• Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information to bridge relevant parties.
• Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order.
• Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
• Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors to ensure the smooth operations.
• Invoice accuracy, timely completion in company systems.
• Knows how to handle the shipment according to company instructions.
• Handle the shipment according to company instructions.
• Follow management instruction to prepare shipment data report.
  
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• College Degree or above
• Mandarin and English language proficiency
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
