KA Bidding Desk

YOUR ROLE

The bidding desk is to assist for annual tenders and ad-hoc quotations for key accounts. This role combines deep logistics market intelligence with cross functional cost integration to design competitive rate and solutions. And assist bidding desk manager to secure more business volume and maximizing profitability.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Assist for annual tenders for key accounts, ensuring timely submission and compliance with customer requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc quotations requests within timeline to capture more business oppurtunities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends,competitor moves,and insustry benchmarks to identify the strategic price opportuniteis.
• Assist Bidding Desk Assistant Manager to handle the tenders and important projects
• Coordinate with carrier/agents and networks to provide competive and tailor-made solutions base on the requirements.
• Prepare regular performance dashborads and post-tender analysis reports.
  
  

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• College Degree or above
• 2-3 years in Logistics and freight forwarding.
• Strong and professional knowledge in Logistics technical solution and price structure
• Mandarin and English language proficiency
• Computer literate
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties.
• Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
