Proactively monitor and manage the entire shipment lifecycle from booking to final delivery, ensuring strict compliance with company procedures and the agreed transport plan.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipping documentation, including Bills of Loading, Commercial Invoices, and Certificates of Origin etc.
Facilitate timely and effective solutions by engaging the right stakeholders to resolve issues and protect profitability.
Leverage the expertise in transportation logistics to proactively identify potential risks and bottlenecks across the freight journey.
Familiar with the entire freight forwarding process, including international trade terms (such as INCOTERMS), ocean/air/truck booking and shipment tracking process.
