YOUR ROLE

Daily operation including documents checking, cargo arrangement and system filing. Communicate with customers and resolving of any urgent cases

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Mainly focus on export FCL and LCL shipment, CN – EU /CIS corridor to ensure work efficiency

Check the cost and quotations, including the terms and conditions for cargo arrangement

Make sure the related documents follow the company rules

Keep in touch with all concerned parties, make sure the cargo and transportations are under control

Manage Tracking reports

Data input and all documents filing

Report and deal with the special cases in the shipping process.  Escalate to operation Supervisor / BD for solution if needed

Report, file and deal with customers’ additional requests

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Diploma or Degree of logistics management

At least 3 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding industry

Good spoken and written English

Good knowledge of PC skill in word, excel and power point

Interact friendly and frequently with customer in a daily basis

Work closely with the peers to tackle the challenges in daily operation and be team player

Work independently and be problem solver

Willing to take responsibility in every task assigned and follow through the entire process
