YOUR ROLE
Strictly comply with the company's relevant regulations, and perform receiving, sorting, shipping, and picking efficiently and accurately according to work procedures, ensuring that the goods received, sorted, shipped, and picked are 100% consistent with the corresponding receiving documents, sorting documents, shipping documents, and picking documents.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Inbound
- Conduct routine inspection of containers to ensure no damage, water leakage, or light leakage before loading/unloading; do not use damaged pallets.
- Receive goods according to receiving work instructions, verify incoming material information as required, and ensure that label information (SKU, batch number, quantity) on received products matches the physical goods exactly.
- Immediately report any abnormalities, damage, or shortages to Warehouse Supervisor, Transport & Customs Affairs, and CS team; place abnormal goods on hold and follow subsequent handling measures.
- Apply stretch wrap firmly, ensuring the top layer of cartons on the pallet is tightly covered with stretch wrap.
- Report any samples/test items to the team leader and ensure the leader takes full handover.
- Accurately and legibly sign the receiving document; return any remaining stretch wrap to the supervisor and record it.
- Ensure the safety of received goods until they are fully put away into the warehouse.
Outbound
- Receive shipping tasks assigned by the team leader/supervisor.
- Accurately count the goods to be shipped, ensuring no overages, shortages, or misplacement.
- Complete handover with the driver; both parties sign the Delivery Note (DN), and submit documents to the designated person according to procedure.
- Ensure the safety of pallets and hydraulic trucks, and orderly stacking of pallets.
- Record picking errors (overages, shortages, mis-picks) made by pickers.
- Control driver entry/exit at the shipping dock.
- Ensure shipping efficiency, completing shipments in the shortest possible time.
- Ensure the safety of shipped goods until they are fully out of the warehouse, then close the door.
Picking
- Be familiar with warehouse layout, product types and models, and know bin locations.
- Prepare all necessary picking tools before entering the racking area.
- According to the picking list, pick the correct quantity and quality of goods from the correct bin and place them in the correct staging area.
- Pick layer by layer, keeping bins neat and tidy.
- Execute 5S principles properly; remove trash to bins, remove stretch wrap and cardboard from picking positions and place them in designated waste areas.
- Place replenished products together with the original products of the same order.
- Correctly fill out the picking form; maintain a 20cm gap between pallets in the staging area.
Participation in Inventory Count
- May be assigned to participate in inventory counts as required by procedures.
Familiarity with Operating Procedures
- Count promptly and accurately, and fill out various inventory count documents.
- Comply with correct operating procedures.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations.
- Report any abnormalities in a timely manner.
Safety, Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always prioritize safety; ensure the safety of oneself and others at all times.
- Implement and maintain 5S management; keep the workplace clean and tidy.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Technical secondary school education or above
- 3+ years of warehouse operation experience; experience in apparel/footwear operations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsible, rigorous work attitude, and compliant with instructions
Familiar with basic warehouse knowledge and operating procedures
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of 5S workplace standards
