WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Booking data checking and update in CWO
Print HAWB correctly and on time 
Ensure timely collection of all shipment related documents and make the Cargo pouch. 
Send HAWB and other needed documents to customer
Working with CS team to finish billing in CWO
Related cost checking and on time cost accrual in CWO 
Job file reviewing and closing in CWO
Back up for other team members when necessary 
Accomplish all other tasks assigned by team supervisor / manager

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree 
 2-3 year above relevant experience in freight forwarding industry 
Good spoken and written English  
Good Knowledge of excel and word  
Be familiar with CN export and import regulation & policy  
Sharp time management 
Good communication with different functions and levels of staff 
Responsive with positive attitude  
Good backup and teamwork
Ability to independently work under pressure and self-motivated to complete quality deliverables by deadline 
Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and customers 
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data integrity
