YOUR ROLE

This role act as a key interface between customer and internal teams with utilizing the communication, data analysis, process organization and problem-solving skills to provide excellent service and contribute to the success of the customer account business operation.

 

 WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Be responsible for supply chain activities from cargo entry to delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer interactions, providing immediate operational support, with a focus on customer’s business operations.
  • Be responsible for handling customer order fulfilment, business inquiries, follow up the work progress of other functional team and other job related with account management.
  • Manage SLA, monitor KPIs, generate detailed reports, and conduct research to support continuous improvement together with other functional teams.
  • Support issue resolution processes to maintain high customer satisfaction levels for customer’s operations.
  • Good communication skills. Professional presence with the ability to work across different cultures. Self-motivated and adapt to changes quickly and positively.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Over 5 years job experience in customer management, project management, customer service, or a related field in supply chain.
  • Familiar with 3PL logistics partner service scope and work process
  • Prefer rich experience on 3PL service on Fashion, retail& consumer, Luxury goods.
  • Independently handle WBR, MBR, QBR experience
  • Proficient in oral & written English.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring, reporting, and research.
  • People management skills to leading cross-function team as account/project owner, team player.
  • Be careful, responsible and result-driven, good at cross functional communication
