YOUR ROLE
- Develop and maintain CEVA Logistics’ position among referenced customers as Key Accounts and guarantee the company’s operational and commercial commitments
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
A. Perform lobbying actions
- Identify new business opportunities in Asia Pacific region, identify decision-makers and influencers and supporters and achieve the widest knowledge possible (activities, subsidiaries, decision structures…)
- Send sales leads to network to increase CEVA Logistics penetration in Asia Pacific
- Establish a referencing strategy for regional or international accounts (decision-makers, accounts mapping, lines of approach…) and support this with an Account Plan
- Undertake necessary lobbying among prospects Key Accounts to promote CEVA Logistics and to obtain the opportunity to participate for future Tenders
- Represent the different CEVA Logistics Products (Air & Ocean, Ground & Rail, Contract Logistics, Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL), LLP)
B. Commercialize and argue CEVA Logistics’ sales offer
- Represent CEVA Logistics to Key Accounts whose reporting needs a centralized and collaborative action (multi-scope)
- Represent CEVA Logistics to lead and participate in tender process (RFP/RFI/RFQ)
- Sell the whole CEVA Logistics services supported by internal expertise
- Promote CEVA Logistics services and key Asia stations and regions
- Implementing new business strategies to expand new customer base and to secure target prospects
- Develop and implement customized and innovative solutions for the assigned accountC1. Determine a tariff policy in conjunction with GAM, Middle Office and Regional Sales Management and a consistent organization between various implicated sites
C. Provide consistent tariff offers
- Establish, confirm and update CEVA Logistics tariff offers and write contracts in coordination with Legal Services
- Answer to tenders with Tender Management Desk if needed
- Participate in conjunction with Purchasing Department to negotiation among Suppliers
D. Service Support
- Transfer obtained contracts to Operations to ensure required customer quality service to customers
- Support services or operation sites via appropriate information on SOP to apply
- Intervene among sites and participate in dispute settlement
- Monitor customer account profitability and problems linked to receipts with sites manager
E. Synthetize information through reporting
- Consolidate statistical elements from various operation sites and achieve a monthly regional reporting vision of our business
- Report sales actions undertaken to perpetuate and develop CEVA Logistics Key Customer Accounts.
- Participate to meetings settled by hierarchy
- Update CRM with weekly activities and key accounts monthly reportsE5. Have regular meetings / conference calls with GAM and fellow RAM’s
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree & Above
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a fast paced and dynamic MNC environment
- Experience in freight-forwarding industry
- Experience in logistics/warehousing business
- Experience in Key Account management and development, preferably with network/contacts of decision makers in Asia Pacific
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
- Strong sales skills, good analytical skills
- Management skills to motivate others
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft office applications
- Goal oriented and driven, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-taskB1. Positive, highly adaptable and possesses strong people skills
