YOUR ROLE

 

The PMO Coordinator – NextGen Program (APAC) is responsible for supporting the overall APAC NextGen program and ensuring effective alignment between various regional execution and the global NextGen program. The role aims to provide structured tracking, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency, governance, and execution discipline across the region.  It will work closely with the three other regional coordinator roles for the NEXTGEN program.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Coordinate the APAC regional program office activities for the NextGen program, ensuring alignment across countries/ Sites, workstreams, and timelines.
  • Support the APAC NextGen Program Coordinator in driving structure, discipline, and followthrough across the program.
  • Be a critical part of the APAC interface into the Global NextGen Program team, ensuring timely twoway communication, alignment on priorities, and escalation where required.
  • Coordinate inputs, updates, and dependencies between APAC teams and global workstreams (IT, PMO, transformation enablers).
  • Support preparation for global governance forums, including program management meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
  • Coordinate all program updates and tracking across the APAC region, including milestones, actions, risks, issues, and decisions (RAID).
  • Consolidate inputs from country and functional leads into clear, consistent APAC-level status reporting.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and program artefacts to ensure visibility of progress, readiness, and dependencies.
  • Ensure that regional stakeholders are regularly updated on the program, including progress, key decisions, risks, and upcoming activities.
  • Support preparation and coordination of APAC program meetings, workshops, and kick-offs, including agendas, materials, minutes, and actions
  • Enable consistent messaging across APAC in line with global NextGen communications and transformation objectives.
  • Support readiness activities for NextGen migrations and new business onboarding in collaboration with IT and Operations coordinators
  • Assist in tracking training, documentation, and adoption activities across Super Users and Key Users in APAC.
  • Ensure program documentation, templates, and standards are applied consistently across the region.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems

 

Experience

  • 4–6 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO, or program support roles, preferably within transformation or IT-enabled programs.
