YOUR ROLE

The OSE Expeditor is the operational control point for AirTrunk’s global Owner-Supplied Equipment (OSE) schedule, maintaining clear and reliable visibility from Work Order execution and Procurement handover through to confirmed delivery at the contractual delivery point.

Working within the Supply Chain Logistics & Delivery team, this role connects supplier manufacturing progress with shipping, bufferzone capacity, inventory and project demand. This is not simply a reporting role: the OSE Expeditor is expected to test the credibility of supplier updates, expose risks early and help drive the actions required to protect delivery commitments. You will:

  • Own the consolidated global view of OSE progress from Work Order execution through manufacturing, shipment and final delivery.
  • Provide a dependable weekly view of schedule status, inventory, emerging risks, delays and required interventions.
  • Translate supplier readiness into practical inbound forecasts and delivery sequences for AirTrunk’s logistics, bufferzone and project teams.
  • Challenge suppliers objectively on schedule slippage, weak forecasting and incomplete or unsupported progress information.
  • Coordinate timely risk-mitigation and recovery actions with suppliers and key AirTrunk stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate planning data and strengthen AirTrunk’s OSE visibility, reporting discipline and decision-making.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Maintain a current end-to-end schedule for each OSE package, including manufacturing status, key contractual milestones, quality activities, equipment readiness, shipping status and delivery confirmation.
  • Establish a clean operational handover from Procurement following Work Order execution and confirm the schedule, commercial milestones, delivery terms and supplier reporting expectations.
  • Run structured tactical follow-ups with OSE suppliers, validate reported progress and drive closure of overdue actions.
  • Identify potential delay, capacity, quality, shipping and delivery risks early, ensuring each issue has a clear owner, action and required resolution date.
  • Facilitate recovery planning with suppliers and AirTrunk stakeholders, escalating material threats to the delivery program where intervention is required.
  • Produce the weekly OSE status report, covering manufacturing and delivery progress, upcoming milestones, shipping activity, inventory position, identified risks and decisions required.
  • Work closely with AirTrunk’s Logistics, Bufferzone and Inventory teams to forecast inbound volumes, sequence equipment receipts and highlight potential congestion, storage constraints or delivery clashes.
  • Support data entry, schedule maintenance and reporting requirements within AirTrunk’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and other applicable systems.
  • Coordinate pre-shipment quality assurance checks for selected packages on a case-by-case basis, including inspections at manufacturing locations such as China, and track resulting actions through to closure.
  • Participate in twice-yearly Supplier Business Reviews, providing evidence-based feedback on milestone performance, forecast reliability, responsiveness, transparency and delivery execution.
  • Undertake other logistics, expediting, scheduling or equipment-tracking activities reasonably assigned by the AirTrunk Logistics Team Lead.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience in logistics, project controls, scheduling, expediting or major equipment delivery is highly advantageous.
  • Experience supporting international manufacturing, freight or complex capital delivery programs is preferred.
  • Strong Excel capability, with experience producing accurate and decision-ready schedule and status reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI and Smartsheet is considered a distinct advantage.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation, we are proud to offer a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing and help you thrive at work and in life.

Personal wellbeing: benefit from comprehensive group insurance and medical coverage, including Group Term Life, Personal Accident, Hospital & Surgical, Major Medical, outpatient GP and Specialist benefits. Eligible dependants are also covered under the Hospital & Surgical and Major Medical plans.

Work-life balance: enjoy 15 working days’ annual leave in your first year, increasing progressively with service, together with applicable medical, hospitalisation, marriage, childcare, compassionate and palliative care leave.

Flexible benefits: receive SGD 1,000 per year in flexible benefits, which may be used across eligible medical, dental, optical, health and wellness, personal development and selected lifestyle expenses.

Professional development: your growth is essential to us. Unlock your potential through internal mobility opportunities, leadership and mentoring programmes, and MyLearning – our global online platform with more than 1,000 courses.
