YOUR ROLE
As part of our ongoing transformation and commitment to efficiency and innovation, we are currently migrating from the SUN accounting system to JDE, with the integration of the HELIOS platform. This migration requires meticulous management of data adjustments and reconciliation to ensure seamless alignment with ONE STREAM reporting and standards. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in this critical initiative.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Managing the data adjustment process following the migration from SUN to JDE, ensuring accuracy and alignment with HELIOS adjustments.
- Translating data migration impacts into local adjustment entries to ensure compliance with ONE STREAM reporting on the migration date.
- Conducting in-depth data reconciliation and financial reporting to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data integration and process alignment.
- Providing analytical insights and recommendations to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data migration and reporting processes.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- The role is for a contractual period of 15 months
- Degree in Accountancy or a related field, preferably with MIA membership,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data reconciliation, financial reporting, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience with system migrations or data adjustment processes is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting and data reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (JDE and SUN experience is a plus) and financial reporting tools like ONE STREAM
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Experienced using Matrix OFS & JDE is a plus
