YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Project Testing Manager to join our APAC Contract Logistics Transformation team, supporting a major business and technology transformation initiative across the region.
Reporting to the APAC Transformation Director, you will lead testing activities associated with the implementation of new enterprise systems, the migration of existing platforms and the introduction of standardised operational processes across our Contract Logistics network.
Working closely with global and regional programme teams, IT, operations and country-based project resources, you will establish consistent testing practices, coordinate end-to-end testing activities and ensure solutions are thoroughly validated and operationally ready for deployment.
This is a highly collaborative regional role requiring strong testing governance, systems integration knowledge and the ability to manage complex testing activities across multiple countries and operational environments.
Singapore is the preferred location, although candidates based in Australia or Malaysia will also be considered.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Develop and maintain regional testing strategies, governance frameworks, quality standards and entry and exit criteria across system implementation projects.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of operational processes and system interfaces.
- Establish consistent testing methodologies, test cases, templates and documentation to support effective execution across multiple locations.
- Partner with global and regional programme teams, IT, business process owners and operational stakeholders to coordinate testing schedules, resources and dependencies.
- Oversee defect management, including issue identification, prioritisation, resolution, escalation and reporting.
- Monitor testing progress, quality measures, test evidence and formal sign-offs, providing clear reporting and recommendations on deployment readiness.
- Promote the effective use of testing tools, including JIRA and XRAY or similar platforms, and identify opportunities for standardisation and automation.
- Guide and support local testing resources, ensuring consistent practices and effective knowledge transfer across implementation projects.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You are an experienced testing professional with a strong track record of supporting complex enterprise technology implementations. You understand how systems, processes and operational requirements come together and can drive structured testing activities in a multi-stakeholder environment.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end testing for complex enterprise systems, ideally within logistics, supply chain or third-party logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of system integration testing, user acceptance testing, test governance, defect management and release readiness.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS), order management systems (OMS) or other integrated enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting capability, ideally with experience using JIRA, XRAY or comparable testing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Experience supporting regional or global system implementations and large-scale business transformation programmes will be highly regarded.
You will need flexibility to work across regional and global time zones, with travel within APAC as required to support project milestones and deployments.
This is an opportunity to contribute directly to one of CEVA's major global transformation programmes, helping shape how our Contract Logistics operations work across APAC.
