YOUR ROLE
- The primary purpose of a Field Sales Representative is to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts through direct, face-to-face engagement within an assigned territory.
- They are responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting products or services and delivering tailored solutions that create value for both the customer and the organization.
- Field Sales Representatives act as the key bridge between the company and its customers, ensuring strong relationships, high customer satisfaction and consistent achievement of sales targets.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

- Achieve sales targets
- Build new and maintain existing customers relationships
- Expand market presence for CEVA
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Diploma and above
- 2 to 5 years in Sales, Customer Service or related roles
- Familiarity with local market conditions and customer base
- Experience in similar industry such as freight forwarding or customers’ industries (e.g., FMCG, tech, pharma, etc.)
- Strong verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and trust quickly
- Active listening to understand customer needs
- Influencing and persuasion skills
