Every day, our people imagine better ways to serve a world in motion – creating smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions for our customers.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Training & Change Manager to join our APAC Contract Logistics Transformation team, supporting a major business and technology transformation initiative across the region.

Reporting to the APAC Transformation Director, you will lead regional change management, training and business readiness activities associated with the introduction of new enterprise systems, operational processes and ways of working across our Contract Logistics network.

Working closely with global programme teams, regional and country leadership, operations and local change champions, you will develop and deliver practical change and training initiatives that prepare our people for transformation, build operational capability and support successful adoption.

This is a hands-on regional role combining organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, training and deployment readiness, with a strong focus on embedding sustainable improvements across multiple countries and operational environments.

Singapore is the preferred location, although candidates based in Australia or Malaysia will also be considered.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional change management, training and business readiness plans aligned with major system implementation and operational transformation milestones.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis and readiness reviews, identifying risks and developing practical actions to support successful adoption.
  • Lead the regional training approach, including role-based learning, training materials, user guides, digital learning content and train-the-trainer programmes.
  • Develop and coordinate communications and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure leaders, operational teams and end users understand upcoming changes and implementation expectations.
  • Establish and support networks of change champions, trainers and super users to build local capability and reinforce new ways of working.
  • Work closely with operations, IT, business process owners and project teams to support testing readiness, system cutover, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation.
  • Monitor training completion, business readiness, user engagement and adoption measures, providing insights and recommendations to programme leadership.
  • Capture feedback and lessons learned across implementation projects, continually improving training, change enablement and ongoing user support.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are an experienced change management and training professional who can translate complex business and technology transformation programmes into practical, sustainable changes for people and operations.

You combine strong stakeholder engagement with hands-on delivery capability and understand the importance of preparing operational teams for new systems, processes and ways of working.

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change, training and business readiness initiatives across large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
  • Experience supporting ERP, WMS, TMS or other enterprise system implementations, ideally within logistics, supply chain or complex operational environments.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training design and adoption measurement.
  • Experience developing learning materials, facilitating workshops, delivering train-the-trainer programmes and supporting super-user networks.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and cross-cultural stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple countries and operational environments.

Formal change management qualifications such as Prosci, experience within Contract Logistics and exposure to digital learning platforms or instructional design will be highly regarded.

You will need flexibility to work across regional and global time zones, with travel of up to 25% within APAC and occasional global travel depending on programme requirements.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

In addition to a challenging and rewarding work environment and competitive compensation, we are proud to offer a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing, and help you thrive at work and in life.

The following benefits are applicable to appointments in Singapore.

  • Personal wellbeing: benefit from comprehensive group insurance and medical coverage, including Group Term Life, Personal Accident, Hospital & Surgical, Major Medical, outpatient GP and Specialist benefits. Eligible dependants are also covered under the Hospital & Surgical and Major Medical plans.
  • Work-life balance: enjoy 19 working days’ annual leave in your first year, increasing progressively with service, together with applicable medical, hospitalisation, marriage, childcare, compassionate and palliative care leave.
