About this Role
The Super User plays a key role in enabling the successful execution of CEVA's WMS business strategy across the country. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, cost-effective, and high-performing WMS solutions that support new business implementations, legacy migrations, and continuous operational improvement.
Working with Business Development, Solution Design, Operations, IT, and regional stakeholders, the Super User translates business requirements into effective WMS solutions. The role supports the full project lifecycle, from RFQs and solution design through implementation and post-go-live support, ensuring alignment with CEVA standards and business needs.
The Super User provides functional expertise throughout the tender, solution design, and implementation lifecycle, advising on WMS capabilities, supporting solution selection, and driving continuous improvement through system enhancements, standardisation, and the adoption of new functionalities.
The role builds site-level WMS expertise by coaching Key Users, facilitating knowledge sharing, and delivering training across the business. Success requires strong WMS and warehouse operations knowledge, project implementation experience, and effective stakeholder management to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a good to expert understanding of the WMS capabilities in order to support with advice and guidance on the WMS products. |

Advice and support with tenders and implementations of new customers on our standard and sector WMS systems and demo/workshops presentation for potential customers |

3 |
Engage heavily with WMS super user and key-users communities and team leaders in the sites in order to understand their environment and work with them on using the WMS products correctly and obtaining feedback for potential WMS product enhancements |

Support projects and is capable to consult on set-up of WMS (Clustering, putaway rules, pack configuration, routing, zoning, data loads |

Executing targeted improvement projects (large and small) together with local key users, contract managers and operational teams for existing customers |

Support and guidance of the various sites in the country with regard to the correct deployment and use of the functionality as present in the WMS. Support with the analysis and solving of issues. If necessary, you initiate a WMS enhancement request for which you prepare a business case. |

Coordinating and supervising (planned) tests (cycles) and Communicate with CEVA Global IT colleagues regarding WMS matters |

Coaching, training and guiding colleagues in WMS related matters so that cost models and tenders are in line with the functionality as present in the WMS |

Conduct Site Reviews (Functional Assessment) to validate the correct use of WMS in the Operations and to identify and advise operation on (new) features that can be implemented to add further value for operations and customers. |

Collating, vetting and submitting Enhancement Request to increase the Hit rate and evaluate cost impact of the process to operation. |

Liase with SOE and CoE on the entire cycle of development and enhancement process. |

Advise integration requirements to support desired processes and assist with SIT testing |
