Sales Development Senior Specialist Eastern Europe

YOUR ROLE

Sales Development Senior Specialist Eastern Europe is responsible for developing new as well as maintain existing business with large and medium-sized accounts within his/her assigned geography. This position will evaluate the local market regarding potential customers and opportunities across all industry sectors with substantial requirements for Logistics Solutions focused on Ground & Rail products according to the given parameters.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Evaluate the market regarding potential business opportunities
  • Manage customer portfolio - develop existing customers and acquire new ones
  • Demonstrate systematic approach regarding visits, phone calls and negotiations with clients, prepare presentations and quotations, price requests as well as RFQ handling
  • repare and negotiate contracts
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs. Demonstrate consultative sales approach / cross selling, offering complete CEVA suite of products and services and involving additional sales resources (if needed)
  • Split of responsibilities: A) Active selling: 80 % (evaluate, qualify and pursue customers on your own), B) Administrative requirements: 20% (CRM, completing quotations processes, evaluation of new opportunities, qualification of target accounts)

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • High school or university degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales of freight forwarding, ideally ground or mixed transportation products, with proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Very good command of English (verbal & written)
  • Computer Skills (MS Office) and CRM automation tools
  • Self-motivation & ability to work on own initiative
  • Valid driver's license category B with willingness to travel as business demands
  • Very important: commercial acumen, customer-orientation
