WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You work in an international environment and support Global Tender Management (GTM).
• You are involved in various assigned projects, especially RFQ (Request for Quotation) in the field of air and sea transport, performing all analytical tasks to support GTM tender managers.
• You upload quotes and data to internal systems.
• You support the Global Tender Management team at an analytical level and communicate with different teams within the assigned tenders – you are a good communicator with organizational skills.
• You maintain an excellent level of service provided to internal and external customers.
• You assist GTM tender managers in setting up, maintaining, and updating the essential documents for the relevant GTM RFQ.
• You work proactively to improve processes and implement overlapping projects.
• You assist in creating and updating databases of various types

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A full secondary education or university degree in logistics is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Orientation to analytical work.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Systematic approach to tasks.
• Focus on results and goals.
• English language at B2 level (active use of English).
• Ability to work in an international environment and communicate with colleagues.
• Communication with diverse teams.
• Resistance to time pressure.
