AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Responsibilities and expected outcome)

Main Duties / Key job task in-charged:

Main Duties

  • Achieve individual sales targets as set by branch to increase the company’s gross margin.
  • Develop international freight forwarding business with a priority on freehand sales development.
  • Build an active growth pipeline by searching and selecting prospects, identifying and approaching targets.
  • Actively focus on customer visits in the field to grow business and work with sales support as back-up.
  • Participate in tenders and provide quotations to develop and offer tailor-made customer solutions.
  • Secure and develop business in cooperation with the international network of Ceva Logistics
  • Drive development of key vertical industries.
  • Take an active lead on communicating customer requirements and standard operating procedures across the organization to lead successful implementation and drive best practices.
  • Attend conferences, campaigns, and industry events in order to find new markets and increase sales.
  • Actively involve to follow up an outstanding /bad debt payment from own customer base.

Reporting Activities

  • Ensure all sales activities (visits, phone calls, quotations, traffic opportunities, leads) are accurately captured in Concerto CRM system.
  • Report on all activities on a monthly basis as part of the monthly individual review.
  • Work with customer business solutions team to ensure high quality reports for customers.
