YOUR ROLE
As Quality Control Manager, based from one of our Western Sydney locations (Kemps Creek, Erskine Park, Orchard Hills) you’ll lead customer-driven and operational quality management across CEVA’s multi-site, multi-product operations.
Reporting to the QHSE Manager – Pacific, you’ll provide specialist quality leadership, ensuring alignment with CEVA’s Quality Management System, customer requirements, certification standards and regulatory obligations. Your role is central to audit readiness, continuous improvement and delivering safe, compliant and customer-focused outcomes across our logistics and supply chain operations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Lead quality control management across CEVA Pacific operations to ensure consistent compliance
- Manage and develop a team of Quality Advisors across multiple sites and business lines
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer audits, inspections and quality issues
- Embed and maintain CEVA’s Quality Management System, including document control and governance
- Lead investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
- Analyse quality trends, risks and performance data to drive improvement initiatives
- Partner with operational leaders to strengthen quality capability and accountability
- Support new business implementations, transitions and tenders from a quality perspective
- Maintain audit readiness and coordinate internal, external and customer audits
- Promote a proactive quality culture across operations and support functions.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’re a senior quality professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to influence, coach and lead across complex operational environments. To succeed, you’ll also have:
- Significant experience in quality management within logistics and supply chain or regulated sectors
- Proven experience managing multi-site quality operations and customer-facing audits
- Strong background in QMS governance, ISO 9001 and continuous improvement frameworks
- Demonstrated capability leading audit programmes (e.g. RC, CAPA)
- Experience working with operational leaders to embed quality standards
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Science or a related discipline (preferred).
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
