YOUR ROLE
We’re seeking a Site Administrator to join our Air & Ocean team at Banksmeadow on a permanent part-time basis.
Working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm, you’ll be based at our front reception and play an important role in keeping the site running smoothly. You’ll provide a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, support day-to-day office and site administration, and assist our local teams with purchasing, facilities, onboarding, employee communications and engagement activities.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Provide professional front-of-house reception and welcome visitors, clients and contractors;
- Coordinate visitor sign-in, site access and relevant safety and induction requirements;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries;
- Coordinate general office administration, including meeting rooms, office supplies, catering, amenities and other site requirements;
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding facilities, maintenance and site services;
- Support purchasing administration, including purchase orders, receipting goods and services, supplier invoices and back orders;
- Provide general administrative support to Air & Ocean leaders based at the site;
- Support the local delivery of employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and recognition initiatives, including communications, noticeboards, posters and events; and
- Assist with onboarding new employees at Banksmeadow, including site and safety inductions, ID cards and access cards.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll ideally bring experience in reception, administration, office coordination or site support, together with the confidence to work with a broad range of employees, leaders, visitors, suppliers and contractors in a busy workplace. You’ll also have:
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities;
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach;
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately; and
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships across a diverse site environment.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
