YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics has been awarded a major new contract with a high-profile client, marking an exciting phase of growth for the business expanding on our ecommerce offering. This is a new build implementation offering exciting opportunities across contract logistics. As a result, we are recruiting for a Systems and Reporting Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operation, accuracy and effectiveness of site systems and performance reporting at our new Derby site.

This role will see you reporting into the Systems and Reporting Manager, playing a key part in ensuring data accuracy, system stability and clear KPI visibility for operational teams. You will work closely with operations, planning and central support teams to identify data anomalies, support root‑cause investigations and ensure system issues are escalated and resolved quickly.

This is a hands-on, onsite based role critical to enabling informed operational decision‑making, service performance and confidence in site data.

This is a Monday to Friday role, working 08:30 to 17:30, with the possibility of working every other Saturday instead of one weekday.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Support the day‑to‑day operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in line with standard processes
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure correct system usage and accurate data capture
  • Identify, log and escalate WMS or reporting issues impacting service, productivity or data integrity
  • Produce accurate daily and shift‑based performance reports and dashboards
  • Validate KPI data, highlighting anomalies, inconsistencies or risks
  • Maintain reporting discipline, documentation and agreed KPI definitions
  • Support investigation into performance variances, service failures or KPI misses
  • Provide structured data extracts and analysis to support root‑cause identification
  • Assist in preparation of performance packs for operational and customer forums
  • Act as the systems and reporting point of contact for the assigned shift pattern
  • Attend operational briefs to provide visibility of data, performance trends and risks
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting accuracy, usability and efficiency
  • Support the Systems & Reporting Manager with any additional tasks as and when required

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in an e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of operational data, reporting and KPIs. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and the ability to turn data into clear, meaningful information.

You will be confident using Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis and reporting. Experience working with WMS operational system would be an advantage. You’ll also be a confident communicator, comfortable explaining data, reporting or system issues to operational teams and working with others to find practical solutions. Experience with Qlik Sense or other data visualisation and reporting tools would be beneficial.

An understanding of labour, productivity and service performance metrics, along with experience supporting KPI reviews, audits or performance deep dives, would be beneficial. Experience supporting system changes, upgrades or process improvements would also be an advantage.

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?

With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey. We offer a benefits package that includes competitive annual leave entitlement with a fantastic holiday buy scheme, pension and life assurance along with access to an employee benefits platform that offers discounts on gym memberships and money off vouchers for a diverse range of retail, travel and hospitality brands. There’s no doubt that you will be compensated for your hard work and commitment so if you’d like to work for one of the top Logistics providers in the world then please do get in touch to find your next role.
