YOUR ROLE
As a Tax Reporting & Transformation Analyst, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the Group tax reporting process under IAS 12, including tax provisions, tax proof reconciliations and tax account reviews.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Tax Reporting, you will become a key contributor and trusted partner for tax provisions, tax proof reconciliations and consolidated tax data analysis.
As a key partner to the international tax team, you will provide critical quantitative and operational support to major group restructuring, legal entity simplification and strategic transformation projects.
Driven by innovation, you will actively contribute to modernizing, digitalizing and automating our tax processes through Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics and financial systems, bridging the gap between tax, consolidation and technology.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. Tax Reporting & Tax Proof Management (IAS 12)

Tax Closures: Calculate and validate current and deferred tax provisions during monthly and annual financial closes.

Group Tax Proof: Prepare, analyze, and document tax proof reconciliations (statutory to effective tax rate) and explain variations in the Effective Tax Rate (ETR).

Account Reconciliation: Monitor and reconcile tax balance sheet accounts, identify risks, and optimize tax positions.
2. Strategic Support to the Tax Team & Consolidation Interface

Tax team Support:
-
Restructuring: Deliver financial modelling, quantitative analysis and operational support to the tax team on group restructurings, legal entity simplification projects and strategic business transformations.

Transfer Pricing: Support the modelling, monitoring and documentation of the Group transfer pricing policy, including quantitative analyses, intercompany flow reviews and consistency check with financial and tax reporting data.

Pillar Two Support: Contribute to the Group Pillar Two calculation process by preparing, validating and analyzing relevant tax and financial data in coordination with international tax, consolidation and local finance teams.

Consolidation Support: Collaborate closely with the Consolidation team to guarantee the consistency and quality of tax data within consolidated financial statements.

Operational Support: Streamline tax data collection, validation, and analysis across our international entities.

Audit Support: Prepare documentation and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors on tax expense and IAS 12 matters.
3. Digitalization, AI & Process Innovation

AI-Driven Tax Innovation: Identify, test and deploy practical AI solutions to improve tax reporting efficiency, automate recurring activities and strengthen data quality controls.

Intelligent Process Automation: Streamline tax data collection and processing through our systems (OneStream, ERP, AI modules) to eliminate repetitive tasks.

Tax Analytics & Dashboards: Design dynamic KPIs and reporting dashboards to provide executive leadership with real-time visibility into global tax metrics.

Data Analytics & Business Insights: Analyze large volumes of tax and financial data and transform complex information into actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a precise, creative, and forward-thinking professional who is eager to advance the tax function through new technologies.

Background: Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Financial Consolidation (master’s degree or equivalent practical experience). 3-6 years’ experience in tax reporting, audit, financial consolidation or tax advisory

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in corporate tax accounting, tax reporting, or financial consolidation within an international group or professional services firm (audit/advisory).

Standards Proficiency: Strong understanding of IAS 12 / IFRS standards and tax proof mechanics.

AI & Tech Mindset: Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities, including large data set analysis and process automation. Natural curiosity for Artificial Intelligence, a desire to learn and a passion for driving digital transformation. Familiarity with consolidation and financial reporting tools (experience with OneStream, SAP, Oracle or similar EPM platforms is a plus).

Languages: Professional working proficiency in both English and French (daily exposure to international stakeholders).
