YOU ROLE

Japan’s contract logistics operations present significant opportunities for operational improvement, requiring talent who can combine data analysis, on‑site operational understanding, and a global mindset.

The VIE program enables CEVA to develop future operations leaders rather than filling short‑term operational gaps:

• Data analysis of warehouse KPIs (productivity, quality, safety, cost)
• Planning and execution support for Lean/Continuous Improvement
• Promoting improvement actions in collaboration with on-site supervisors & teams
• Operation design support for new customers and new start-ups

ABOUT YOU

• Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related field
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Fluent in English
