You will serve as a central point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure all workstreams are aligned, controlled, and delivered on time.

  • Oversee full project lifecycle management—from initiation through successful delivery

  • Develop and govern comprehensive project plans, including:

  • Objectives, scope, and deliverables

  • Schedules, milestones, and critical paths

  • Budgeting and resource allocation

  • Risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning

  • Work breakdown structures and implementation roadmaps

  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment, managing expectations, and navigating change effectively

  • Partner with technology teams to define and implement systems and tools that support operational delivery and reporting

  • Establish and execute communication strategies, including executive reporting, status updates, and stakeholder briefings

  • Monitor performance metrics across projects and teams to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement

  • Identify, escalate, and resolve complex issues impacting timelines, budgets, or stakeholder satisfaction

  • Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training programs to ensure operational readiness

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards

  • Lead post-project evaluations to assess performance, capture lessons learned, and strengthen future delivery

  • Support coordination of large-scale, multi-site, and potentially global initiative
