Pay Range: $129,000 - $143,000

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehousing and operations supporting a high-profile, large-scale, multi-site program. This role is responsible for the leadership, optimization, and execution of all warehouses and activities—ensuring the efficient, secure, and timely movement of materials, equipment, and products across a complex operational network serving multiple venues.
The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in delivering operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless coordination across logistics hubs, partners, and stakeholders. This is a high-impact leadership position requiring strong execution, strategic vision, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of warehouse operations supporting the flow of materials, equipment, and products across multiple venues
- Oversee all core warehouse functions, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound
- Develop and implement scalable logistics strategies focused on layout optimization, space utilization, and efficiency across multiple logistics hubs
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including warehouse occupancy, picking accuracy, on-time delivery, and asset utilization
- Ensure the integrity of storage processes, including load traceability, inventory accuracy, and strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and the adoption of enabling technologies
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing warehouse and teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution across the network
- Develop and enforce robust asset security protocols to safeguard inventory, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, as well as internal policies and governance requirements
- Analyze operational performance, identify risks or gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Prepare and present executive-level reporting on warehouse and performance, including insights and strategic recommendations
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including leadership of large-scale, complex environments
- Proven track record managing multi-site operations and high-volume networks
Preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale, high-visibility programs or multi-location operational deployments
- Background in warehouse optimization, automation, or transformation initiatives
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with deep expertise in KPI management, process improvement, and operational optimization
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control, load traceability, asset security, and fleet coordination
- Proven leadership capability with experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and related logistics technologies
