Your role :
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to lead, grow, and manage key accounts, driving success across all business lines—Air, Ocean, Ground, Contract Logistics in the Aeropsace and Defense sector.
You will be responsible for cultivating new business and maintaining existing business within the assigned customer portfolio and Aerospace & Defense sector in the region. This role entails evaluating and developing customer strategies, with a strong emphasis on achieving excellent customer intimacy and performance. The position is an active selling role.
What are you going to do ?
Build and expand relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers for the customers in your portfolio across Europe.
Lead European account strategies, negotiate major contracts, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Drive account profitability, support and implement RFQ's and ensure alignment with customer and CEVA goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional and virtual teams to deliver seamless, innovative supply chain solutions.
You will be one of the go-to experts in advanced logistics and supply chain strategies for the Aerospace and Defense sector.
Who are we looking for ?
Proven track record (5+ years) in international account management, with experience leading multicultural (virtual) teams.
Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and the Aerospace & Defense industry.
Advanced negotiation, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on delivering results.
Exellent knowledge on Air and Ocean is a huge plus
Fluency in English and strong cultural awareness.
A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
