Role Summary

 

Leads government and supply chain security compliance for the Ground & Rail product and serves as the Primary IAC Security Coordinator for the registered entity, ensuring required regulatory standards are implemented, protected, and sustained across U.S. operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Maintain TSA / IAC compliance, including execution of the security program and protection of Sensitive Security Information (SSI).

· Serve as the Primary IAC Security Coordinator and primary point of contact for TSA-related matters.

· Manage compliance programs aligned to CTPAT, IATA/CNS, and TAPA requirements.

· Establish and maintain policies, procedures, records, and training to support audit-ready compliance.

· Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to controls and processes to avoid regulatory penalties or operational shutdown risk.

· Partner with Operations, A&O, Legal, and Risk to ensure compliance requirements are embedded into day-to-day execution.

· Support audits, validations, and corrective actions as required.

· Ensure continuity and scalability of U.S. operations subject to government and security compliance requirements.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, security, or regulatory roles within logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with TSA/IAC compliance, including Security Coordinator responsibilities and SSI handling.
  • Working experience with CTPAT, IATA/CNS, and TAPA compliance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational controls.
  • Experience operating in regulated, audit-driven environments
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Security Management, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Preferred:
  • Specialized training or certifications related to transportation security or trade compliance (for example: TSA/IAC, CTPAT, IATA, or TAPA programs).

Salary range - $95,000 - $121,000
