Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate vehicle transport operations.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and suppliers regarding transport requirements.
• Monitor shipments and provide regular status updates.
• Select and manage transport providers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain transport and shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company procedures.
• Support quotation preparation and recommend transport solutions to customers.
• Track operational and financial performance indicators and propose improvements when needed.
• Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and quality KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Good understanding of transport processes and documentation.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• English proficiency (additional languages are an advantage).
