YOUR ROLE
As a Job Coach, you are responsible for training employees (on the job), providing targeted feedback and answering questions. You review who is eligible for training and what training they receive, ensuring the quality and quantity of employees. In addition, in this position you will contribute to the further development of the training program, so that it remains up-to-date and the right knowledge reaches the right people.

In the position of Job Coach, you will work closely with the Operational Training Lead and the various departments within the operation to achieve these goals. You will report to the Manager Operational Training, from your location in Waalwijk, bol. returns center.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Providing (on the job) training, giving targeted feedback, and answering employees’ questions;
• Continuing to develop the training program;
• Conducting interviews with employees to see if training meets achieve the desired objective;
• Maintain close contact with the Operational Training Lead and various departments to ensure and optimize the quality of employees and the training program;
• Accurately document everything that happens, ensuring clarity on which skills are being developed and the hours spent on them.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have proven work experience in a logistics work environment;
• Proactive, organized, and understanding are key words that apply to you;
• You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable providing feedback;
• You are available full-time and flexible to work in both shifts;
• You have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.

Please note that we only consider candidates who are residents of the European Union and who already live within commuting distance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.605,81 and € 3.346,43 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
• You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
• Everyone gets 25 holidays, with the possibility of earning four extra days if you are not sick;
