YOUR ROLE
Are you passionate about developing people and improving processes? Then this role is perfect for you! As a Job Coach at the bol. returns center, you are responsible for providing on-the-job training to employees, giving targeted feedback, and answering questions. You determine who qualifies for training and which training they receive, ensuring both the quality and quantity of employee performance are maintained. Additionally, you contribute to the ongoing development of the training program, ensuring it remains up to date and delivers the right knowledge to the right people.

As a Job Coach, you work closely with Team Leaders and the Quality Manager to achieve these goals.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Delivering (on-the-job) training, providing targeted feedback, and answering employee questions;
• Further developing the training program and quality process;
• Conducting conversations with employees to assess if training meets its intended goals;
• Maintaining close contact with Team Leaders, the Quality Manager, and the Operations Manager to safeguard and optimize employee quality and the training program;
• Properly documenting everything to clearly track which skills are being developed and the hours spent;
• Planning, training, and managing Trainers;
• Planning, training, and managing Quality Operators.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience in a logistics work environment;
• Decisive, organized, and empathetic - these words describe you well;
• Strong communication skills, comfortable giving feedback and dealing with resistance;
• Proactive and an active listener;
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset;
• Full-time availability and flexible in working hours;
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), Dutch is a plus;
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus;
• Driving license.

We also offer:

• You will receive a monthly salary between €2.605,81 and €3.346,43 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
• You start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
• Everyone gets 25 holidays (based on 40 hours), with the possibility of earning four extra days if you are not sick;
• We have a favourable pension scheme, travel allowance and discounts on various insurances; 
• A laptop from CEVA Logistics, which you may also use privately.
