Team Coordinator

YOUR ROLE 

As Team Coordinator you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the workfloor, stand strong and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. A flexible mindset sets the tone for your day. You will be in close contact with the Team Leader for coordination and guidance.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

As a Team Coordinator you will work from our multi-client warehouse in Waalwijk, where you will be part of a team of 20 to 30 colleagues and work closely with, among others, your fellow Team Coordinator. You will work a day shift from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

On top of that:

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor;
• You ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process;
• You share information and, in consultation with your Team Leader, take the initiative to implement process improvements;
• You report on work progress to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment;
• You are decisive, well-organized, and considerate;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing;
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having your own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available to work full-time.

Please note that we only consider candidates who are residents of the European Union and who already live within commuting distance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.608,00 and €3.346,00 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
• You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
• Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
