FACILITY MANAGER
YOUR ROLE
Are you ready to take responsibility, stay organized, and help us build a stronger and more efficient real estate structure in Eastern Europe?
If you enjoy improving workplaces, coordinating maintenance and investment processes, and making sure everything runs smoothly, you may be the person we are looking for.
In this role, you will support Real Estate and Facility Management across multiple Eastern European countries. You will work closely with our external FM provider, maintenance service providers, local office managers, and internal teams to ensure that all locations are well‑maintained, cost‑efficient, and compliant. You will also play an important role in setting up new processes, supporting regional standardization, and helping us navigate ongoing organizational changes.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Coordinate Facility Management activities across the Eastern Europe region in scope of warehouses and offices maintenance
- Work with the external FM provider and support their implementation at our sites
- Oversee routine and special maintenance tasks and follow up on service quality
- Ensure accurate control of invoices, budgets, cost planning, and reporting
- Support cost savings initiatives and help standardize processes across locations
- Help ensure correct task allocation between Real Estate, Office Management, and local administration teams
- Contribute to lease administration tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for Real Estate, including data gathering and contract follow‑up
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education:
- Higher Education (University)
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or Property/Technical Operations
- Understanding of preventive maintenance plans
- Experience with return of investment (ROI) models
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control
- English language skills
- Work experience in mechanical and electrical maitenance
- Driving licence (travelling required up to 10% of time)
