Reporting to the Speaking Up & Investigations Governance Senior Manager, the Speaking Up & Investigations Governance Analyst supports the effective functioning of the Company’s Speaking Up & Investigations framework. The role maintains investigations governance controls, ensures system integrity and data quality, supports Speaking Up campaigns, manages investigator-related training activities, and contributes to timely, thorough and consistent investigations in line with the Investigations Standards and the Speaking Up Rules & Principles.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Execute governance controls and quality assurance Verify timeliness and completeness of investigations; reject incomplete or low-quality files; request corrections; document deficiencies; and report them to the Manager and the CCO for appropriate follow-up (refresher training for investigators, monitoring measures, performance assessment).
- Administer the Speaking Up & Investigations systems (Case Management System), Ensure strict confidentiality of the System management, and support users Manage access rights, workflow configuration, data-quality reviews, dashboards, reporting extracts, and day-to-day assistance related to investigations case management.
- Maintain the investigations performance dashboard (SCORE – Speaking-up Case Owner Responsiveness & Effectiveness) Ensure accurate KPIs on investigators’ responsiveness (timeliness, communications, CMS updates) and effectiveness (quality, completeness, outcome documentation, sanctions records).
- Coordinate Speaking Up campaigns Execute the Speaking Up campaigns plan by liaising with Communications and E&C, ensuring accuracy and alignment, tracking impact, and preparing campaign summaries.
- Manage investigation-related training activities Identify capability gaps among investigators, organise refresher training sessions, track completions, and maintain the trained-investigator list.
- Provide administrative support Maintain documentation, archiving, KPIs and trackers, and prepare materials for internal and external audits.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Criminology, Political Science or related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ experience in compliance, internal audit, internal controls, investigations or a related governance function.
- Experience administering case-management, training-management or GRC systems is an advantage.
- Experience working in multinational or matrix environments is a plus.
- Fundamentals of internal investigations, fact-finding, evidence documentation and anti-retaliation principles.
- Awareness of AFA and DOJ expectations regarding investigations: quality, consistency, documentation, traceability and timeliness.
- Proficiency with case-management systems, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of compliance governance and the need for functional independence.
Desirable
- Professional certification (CCEP, ACFE, ISO 37002 Practitioner) desirable.
