YOUR ROLE

 

Our operation in Wellesbourne is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to ensure the safe and efficient completion of all operational activities within the operation.

 

The salary for this role £30,763.20 which is inclusive of £130 per month TL allowance. There will also be a possibility to receive monthly allowances for any MHE, Fire Warden and First Aid licenses that are obtained.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

In this role, you’ll take ownership of ensuring the warehouse operation consistently meets and exceeds customer KPIs, commercial targets, and legislative requirements. You’ll lead the team to deliver operational excellence through effective planning, organisation and communication, maintaining accurate performance reporting and driving productivity across all areas.

 

Key responsibilities include managing financial and budgetary controls, monitoring attendance and performance standards, and supporting internal and external audits. You’ll also foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues, uphold high standards of housekeeping, and provide holiday cover where needed. This is a hands-on role where your ability to motivate teams and maintain compliance will be critical to achieving outstanding results.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience working with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to produce clear, concise reports based on qualitative data.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently using own initiative.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • MHE Licenses (desired not essential)
