DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGEN AUFGABEN: 

• Organisation und Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung – insbesondere für zahlreiche gewerbliche Mitarbeitende.
• Planung und Durchführung von Bewerbertagen sowie Auswahlverfahren vor Ort 
• Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, Personaldienstleistern sowie dem Employer-Branding-Team.
• Proaktive Ansprache potenzieller Kandidat*innen über verschiedene Kanäle sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung der Bewerberdatenbank.
• Organisation und Durchführung strukturierter Interviews zur effizienten Vorqualifizierung und Auswahl geeigneter Bewerber*innen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen.
• Analyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung relevanter Recruiting-Kennzahlen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und skalierbaren Projektaufbaus.

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS: 

• Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting – idealerweise in Projekten im gewerblichen Bereich.
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Kenntnisse des regionalen Arbeitsmarkts in der Logistik sind von Vorteil.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
