1-Connection with carrier and co-loader and closely monitor the operation process such as loading at warehouse, customs clearance, actual on-board date.
Communicate with overseas & customer and make the most updated information.
Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order
Input shipment data and various cost into Cargo-wise system, prepare/check the necessary documents, issue debit note and verify check agents’ or suppliers’ invoice. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing.
Set up good relationship with customer/carrier/vendors/CEVA network to ensure the smooth operations.
Follow up CEVA’s procedures in a timely manner especially in Ocean Freight related.
2-Accuracy in presentation / introduction and quotation to customer;
Timely manner in handling all paper work and update database;
coordinate with various departments to meet the customer’s needs
3-To support other operation when required;
