Join CMA CGM as a Group Human Resources Information Systems Specialist, contributing to our dynamic Human Resources Information Systems Division within the Group Corporate Functions focused on Human Resources. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing our HRIS infrastructure and processes across the organisation.

As a key member of the Functional department, you will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and optimisation of HR information systems that enable efficient HR operations and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help improve business workflows, data accuracy, and system integration, ensuring that HR data supports the organisation’s goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the implementation, testing, and maintenance of HR information systems in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams and IT departments to define system requirements, develop process improvements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations, facilitating reliable reporting and analytics.
• Provide expert guidance and training to HR staff and other stakeholders on system functionalities and updates.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of emerging HRIS technologies and tools to recommend enhancements that deliver value to the organisation.
• Document procedures, prepare system manuals, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the HRIS community.

• Extensive experience with HR information systems, particularly within a corporate or global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR business needs into efficient system solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration across diverse teams and departments.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous process improvement.
• Familiarity with HR data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
