Internship - Talent Acquisition Officer

THE ROLE:
As part of the Human Resources Department at CMA CGM's head office, you will join the Talent Acquisition team, providing active support for all its projects.
Among them and at the core of our activities, you will assist the team throughout the entire process, from needs analysis to candidates’ onboarding.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will contribute recruiting for all the Group's business lines and support the various members of the talent acquisition and school relation Team.
- You will work alongside the talent acquisitions specialists; you will help to draw up the search strategy and implement the relevant sourcing actions.
- You will be involved in drafting job descriptions, in both French and English, and will be responsible for posting them on the various job-boards and on our careers site.
- You will develop a permanent, high-quality pool of candidates for recurring jobs, and carry out an initial selection of applications received, followed by telephone and face-to-face/video recruitment interviews.
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to monitor the progress of candidates and you will assist the team by generating reports and analytics related to recruitment activities.
- You will also be responsible for the qualitative management of applications and may take on any other ad hoc tasks assigned to you by the Talent Acquisition department.
- You will also have the chance to be involved in managing cross-functional Talent Acquisition and School Relations projects such as employer branding events.
- You will contribute developing various presentations (I.e.: training purpose, management meeting).
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a Higher education's degree in Human Resources or General Management, you ideally have initial experience in a Human Resources department on Talent Acquisition activities or in a recruitment agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a fast-paced work environment
