Area Manager-Reefer

Responsible for:

• Coordination and guidance to Pricing Analysts for assigned Area in conjunction with Trade Manager/Director
• Manage, set general guidelines, and Quote for specific Markets
• Actualize guidelines for the Area of responsibility and maintain in our shared network 
• Relay the information/instructions to team and agents when necessary
• Provide input on the budget in coordination with Trade Manager/Director
• Analyze budget versus performances and suggest corrective actions to the Trade Manager/Director
• Follow up on performance versus budget with CMA CGM Agencies in the Region.
• Responsible for weekly performance reports to Trade Management/Direction for the area under scope of responsibility.
• Carry out spot visits to Customers
• Vessel Profile Analysis, recommendations to Trade Manager/Director and follow up  and implementation with the Agencies in the Region.
• All other duties as assigned.

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities, Required:

• Minimum of 3 – 5years industry experience required, experience within the Reefer segment is a plus.
• Bachelor degree required
• Ability to function as part of a team working in multi skilled environment
• Highly developed computer and spreadsheet skills including a high level of numeracy
• Logical and strategic thinker
• Results orientated
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

  Knowledge, Skills, to and Abilities Preferred:

 Minimum 5 – 10 years industry experience with emphasis in pricing preferred
