We are looking for a Marketing Officer based in Barcelona (f/m/d), reporting directly to the Sales Effectiveness Manager Spain.

Role and Mission:

The purpose of this role is to support the Sales and Trade teams through data analysis, business intelligence, performance reporting and sales tools management. In this position, you will be responsible for transforming customer, sales and market data into reliable and actionable business insights, helping the organization improve commercial performance, identify growth opportunities and maintain a customer-centric approach. You will also act as a key support for the Sales organization in the use and adoption of commercial tools such as NOVA Business and AQUA, ensuring data quality, correct user access and effective usage of these platforms.

Functions:

• Conduct regular or ad hoc statistical studies and sales performance reports.

• Extract and collect data from internal and external sources.

• Clean, structure, and visualize data for market, customer, competitor, and performance studies.

• Manage and maintain commercial and partner databases.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting sources.

• Translate data into solid management marketing information and implement initiatives to assist the Sales and Trade teams to improve growth/profitability.

• Support Trade and Sales teams by conducting specific analysis.

• Create and optimize tools to support business, such as dashboards.

• Support SEM with Sales tools (NOVA/AQUA).

• Monitor adoption of Sales team on NOVA Business and AQUA tools.

• Ensure that all users have access to NOVA/AQUA tools, having the roles needed or being in the correct hierarchy.

• Support Sales team and escalate doubts in tools usage. • Perform regular tests in tool and escalate issues identified.

• Monitor data and perform regular checks to define best practices. • Conduct regular Sales performance reports (Activities, Opportunities, Leads, AQUA Usage, etc.) to improve tool usage.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to communicate data and insights in a clear, user-friendly manner.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Good command of Spanish and English (written and spoken).

• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Interest in digital tools, data analytics, and continuous learning.

• Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales Effectiveness, or a similar analytical role is considered an asset.
