YOUR ROLE

Step into the dynamic world of logistics as an IT Control Room Specialist, where your expertise will be crucial in optimizing productivity and ensuring seamless delivery. As the linchpin in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), you'll play a vital role in enhancing our operations and training our dedicated warehouse teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this pivotal position, you’ll harness data to drive operational IT processes and tackle incidents head-on. Your day-to-day will involve:

Leading incident management for IT-related issues, ensuring swift resolutions;
Monitoring WMS performance across key metrics and making real-time adjustments;
Acting as our on-site incident manager, providing second-line support;
Collaborating with various departments to streamline warehouse processes;
Offering hourly updates to keep all stakeholders informed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A completed mbo-4 or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, engineering or logistics;
Analytical strong and have a systematic and structured way of working;
Good command of the English languages in word and writing;
Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
Full time availability, working 3 shifts (early shift 6:15 - 14:45, late shift 14:45 - 23:15 and -once every 8 weeks- a night shift 23:15 - 6:15).

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

You will receive a base monthly salary between €2.625,10 en €3.755,57, shift allowance and 8% holiday allowance and shift allowance;
Secondary employment conditions, including travel expenses;
A one-year contract with a prospect of a permanent contract;
25 vacation days and four extra days if you do not take leave;
