YOUR ROLE

 

Are you looking to start or grow your career in logistics and administration? We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Runcorn! Whether you’re just getting started or bring prior experience, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive warehouse environment.

 

This role is responsible for ensuring that all dispatch documentation is accurately prepared to enable successful billing for delivered products. It also involves ensuring that all incoming goods are properly recorded and entered into the warehouse management systems. Additionally, the role serves as the primary point of contact for all deliveries and collections for the warehouse.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Shift times:

Week 1 Mon – Fri 6am – 2pm

Week 2 Sun – Thurs 10pm – 6am

Week 3 Mon – Fri 2pm – 10pm

 

  • Responsible for invoicing for all customer deliveries, internal and 3rd party transport.
  • Taking receipt and booking in of all goods in stock.
  • Timing out of vehicles via transport system.
  • Filing and organising all paperwork.
  • Liaising with on-site customer with any goods out / goods in queries.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or admin environment is a bonus, but not essential, training will be provided.
