YOUR ROLE
Are you passionate about driving innovation in enterprise integration and would you like to utilize your technical expertise to lead ESB initiatives? If so, we have the opportunity to join CEVA Logistics as our ESB Product Owner.
The ESB Product Owner will be responsible for overseeing the technically roadmap of the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technology. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and drive the delivery of high-quality integration solutions that meet our roadmap strategy and manage platform obsolescence.
The role is based in the Netherlands (Hoofddorp)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Product Ownership: You will act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for ESB integration initiatives. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog based on technical requirements and business objectives.
- Prioritization and Planning: You will work closely with development teams to prioritize tasks and features based on business value and technical feasibility. You will develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Release Management: You will define and manage release plans, including feature prioritization, sprint planning, and coordination with development and testing teams.
- Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of ESB integration solutions, including message formats, data transformation, routing logic, and error handling.
- Performance Optimization: You will identify opportunities to optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of ESB integration solutions. You will implement performance monitoring and tuning strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Documentation and Training: You will create technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and troubleshooting guides. Provide training and support to development teams, administrators, and end-users as needed.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You have a bachelor's or master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
▪ You have 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise integration
▪ You have a strong understanding of ESB architecture, integration patterns, and messaging protocols (e.g., SOAP, REST, JMS).
▪ You have proficiency in ESB platforms such as TIBCO 6, TIBCO BWCE, Camunda LCM. MuleSoft, IBM Sterling, IBM IIB
▪ You have hands-on experience with Java, XML, JSON.
▪ You are familiar with agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
▪ You have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
▪ You have good communication and leadership skills
