Based in Kostolne Kracany (Slovakia).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Job purpose:
Carrying out tasks in accordance with the goals set for a given area, solving technical problems (related to the warehouse system and current problems reported by employees), configuring devices and monitoring their condition.
Main Responsabilities:
- Reporting and solving failures/problems related to the warehouse system.
- Maintaining a current inventory of IT and communication equipment, preparing, issuing, receiving and disposal.
- Work on IT projects prepared locally.
- Unlocking/creating user accounts, creating logins in the warehouse system, configuring IT and communication equipment.
- Installation of software required for everyday use, e.g. Office, Windows, drivers, browsers and PC hardware, printers, scanners, laptops, new workstations and workstations for new employees.
- Checking the condition of devices in the warehouse, including compliance with the corporate standard
- Assistance and solving current IT problems reported by CEVA employees
- Contact with IT supplier companies - hardware service, cooperation with the Global IT Helpdesk and the IT Infrastructure Department.
- Performing other activities ordered by the superior that are work-related and within the Employee's qualifications and rights.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 1 or more years of IT experience.
- Computer skills & MS Office. Good Excel level.
- Good English level (conversational level).
- Ability to configure and maintain computers, printers, LAN/Wireless networks, telecommunications equipment.
- Basic knowledge of IT security.
- Driving license (desirable).
- AWS knowledge (desirable).
