YOUR ROLE

The future intern will be responsible for managing applications from independent drivers, verifying the compliance of administrative documents, and conducting phone interviews. They will also maintain and update a database of drivers, ensure proper contract and administrative follow-up, and collaborate with logistics teams to meet needs. Additionally, the intern will analyze driver performance and contribute to strategies for improvement and retention.

YOUR MISSIONS

Application Management:

Receive and process applications from independent drivers (self-employed, companies, etc.).
Verify the compliance of provided administrative documents (driver’s license, identity proof, URSSAF registration certificate, professional liability insurance, etc.).
Conduct phone interviews to validate candidates' profiles.

Database Update:

Create and maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of registered drivers.
Update driver information based on new applications and received documents.

Administrative Follow-Up:

Ensure follow-up on contracts and necessary administrative documents.
Manage relationships with drivers to ensure service quality and smooth onboarding.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with logistics and operations teams to understand driver needs and respond effectively.

Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze the performance of registered drivers and suggest improvements.
Participate in the development of strategies for driver sourcing and retention.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a student at a Bac+3/+4 level (first year of engineering cycle) or in a similar field such as Human Resources, Management, Logistics, or related domains. While no specific school is required, a first experience in logistics or transport is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, databases).
A customer-focused mindset with a good sense of relationship management.
Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
Proactivity and initiative.
Effective time and priority management skills.
A beginner level of English (ability to understand basic documentation and communicate at a basic level).
