HOW DO YOU ENSURE AN EFFICIENT LOGISTICS SERVICE?
By analyzing and improving our logistic processes in project form! You like to enter the research field by talking to colleagues, checking systems and data files and seeing how the processes are currently running. Then, after your analyses, you come up with improvement proposals for the operation and customer. Only proposals? No, also implementation!
WHAT YOU DO AS LOGISTICS PROJECT ENGINEER
As Logistics Project Engineer, you will work on various projects focused on process improvements in our logistics. Your ideas ensure that the departments work more effectively and efficiently. Think of designing a new layout for the warehouse and developing new innovations or automation solutions for the operation. You may also observe physical processes, such as order picking, and compare them with the system or the existing working method. Of course, you will not do this alone! You will work intensively with your teammates and colleagues from other departments, such as the warehouse, LEAN, IT, Customer Service, Inventory Control and (Transport) planning. You will talk to the shop floor, analyze various (customer) processes by collecting data and link information in systems with practice. You translate these analyses into concrete proposals to optimize procedures, processes and systems.
- Analyze current processes/procedures and systems;
- Identify improvement opportunities;
- Draw up and implement implementation proposals from A to Z;
- Advise all levels within the organization on improvement and optimization proposals.

YOU WILL WORK HERE
Your workplace is mainly at one of our locations in Venray, where we have a campus of no less than four warehouses! Sometimes, you will work in Eindhoven. There you will become part of the Engineering Team, consisting of 10-15 colleagues. Together you ensure that our processes are getting optimized continuously. You do this within a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to the Engineering Lead and your working hours vary between 08:00 AM and 18:00 PM.

- A gross monthly salary between € 3.024 and € 4.187 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and education level);
