1. Facilitate the coordination and alignment of delivery requirements between Customers (COS) and accredited vendors.
2. Track and keep Customer/COS informed of delivery milestones and update the same in Cargowise and/or Client system.
3. Collate PODs and all related documents and review accuracy according to our requirements. Upload documents in CW1 for traceability purposes and/or Client system for approval.
4. Prepare distribution transaction monitoring and cost reports.
5. Ensure that the billing is prepared promptly, and the invoices are dispatch along with the necessary supporting documents. Adhere with the agreed internal KPI or customer KPI.
