Your Role :

You will ensure the delivery of CEVA Global transformation strategic plan across all Functions & regions and drive others key strategic projects.

 

What are you going to do?

-Monitor progress of Cost Improvement Plan (CIP) initiatives, through: Monthly calls with Function leaders / Day-to-day interactions with global initiatives owners and Function stakeholders / Reporting to CEVA top management

- Ensure monthly reporting in line with Finance Budget figures, gathering different data source (Finance, Headcount tracking) and preparing monthly presentations

- Analyse gap performance and propose tailored solutions

- Take the ownership and deep dive on specific initiatives

- Ensure innovation and best practices sharing across regions

- Perform active competitive intelligence and benchmark

- Ensure continuous improvement of the CIP plan monitoring

 

Who are we looking for?

 

- Master’s degree in a ranked engineering or Commercial School preferably

- More than 6 years’ experience, ideally in Strategic consulting : role in Corporate, managing transformation or coordinating project

- Able to manage complex situations that combine strategic, financial (able to interpret financial statements and P&L), operational, management and relational aspects

-Strong analytical skills

-Presentation skills (ppt)

-Solution oriented

-Proactive and autonomous

-Business sense and ability to synthesize

-Communication (oral written) to C-level, influencing skills and consulting posture (no direct reports)
