YOUR ROLE

As part of your studies, you are looking for a 12- to 24-month work-study program (apprenticeship), currently enrolled in a Bac+4 or Bac+5 program at an engineering school, business school or university.

You will join the project unit of the Assets & Operations Transformation department. You will help steer and coordinate high-impact digital transformation projects for the Group, which aim to improve the processes, tools and ways of working of the Assets & Operations businesses.

Supported by experienced project managers and the PMO team, you will gradually take on more responsibility for monitoring strategic initiatives. You will get a cross-functional view of transformation projects, learn the Group’s project management methods (Agile, V-model) and build skills in project steering, executive reporting, change management and data analysis. It is an ideal first step toward a career in project management, transformation or consulting.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Project steering support: You will monitor how the department’s projects and programs are progressing and consolidate steering indicators (planning, risks, actions, dependencies). You will also help identify and follow up on issues raised by project teams, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Coordination & communication: You will help project managers organize meetings and workshops, and follow up on the actions and decisions taken in committees. You will prepare project communication materials, share information with stakeholders, and take part in the department’s communication and change management actions.
  • Deliverables & documentation: You will update project documentation and schedules, track key actions and milestones, and help build and maintain project dashboards and KPIs. You will also help organize documentation and keep project repositories up to date.
  • Governance & committees: You will help prepare project committees, steering committees and other governance bodies, including the presentation materials. You will follow up on minutes, decisions and actions, and consolidate the information management needs to make decisions.
  • Methods, tools & continuous improvement: You will learn and apply the Group’s project management standards, and help improve the templates, guides and tools used by the project community. You will also help automate or simplify some reporting tasks, and suggest best practices and new digital ways of working.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Education: Bac+4 or Bac+5 student (engineering school, business school or university), specializing in project management, digital transformation, information systems, organization or data.
  • Experience: A first experience in project management, PMO or transformation (internship, academic project or apprenticeship) is a plus.
  • Technical skills:
    • Good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Interest in data analysis and performance indicators
    • Basic knowledge of project management
    • Some exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI / Qlik Sense, Planner or Microsoft Project is a plus
    • Interest in digital, innovation and transformation topics
  • Languages: Fluent French; good written and spoken English.
  • Personal qualities: Organized and rigorous, curious and eager to learn, with strong analytical and synthesis skills. At ease with people, you enjoy working with a wide range of contacts, communicate clearly and in a structured way, and take initiative as you gain autonomy.
